💳 Subscription Terms
Billing & Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance ($4.99 for UniBeatz Pass, $9.99 for UniBeatz Elite). Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the same date unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through your Stripe customer portal or by emailing unibeatzproduction@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your next billing date. You retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days written notice via email. Existing subscribers may cancel before any new price applies.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. UniBeatz Production does not store credit card information.
🎵 Beat License Tiers
Beats sold via UniBeatz World marketplace are offered under three license tiers.
🥆 Basic License — $20-$30
- Non-exclusive MP3 (tagged), up to 10,000 streams, 2,500 downloads
- 1 music video (max 100,000 views), non-commercial radio
- Must credit "Prod. UniBeatz"
🥅 Premium License — $50
- Non-exclusive WAV (untagged) + 2 MP3 versions
- Up to 100,000 streams, 10,000 downloads, 2 music videos
- Commercial radio and live performance allowed
- Must credit "Prod. UniBeatz"
🥇 Full License — $150
- Non-exclusive — 5 versions: tagged, untagged, tracked stems, extended, radio edit
- Unlimited streams and performances
- TV, film, and sync licensing rights
- Must credit "Prod. UniBeatz"
🆕 Exclusive Buyout — $300
- Full exclusive ownership — beat removed from store after purchase
- All 5 versions included, unlimited commercial rights
- Must credit "Prod. UniBeatz"
- Producer retains 50% publishing unless master buyout negotiated
📄 Beat License Agreement
By purchasing a beat license from UniBeatz Production, you (the "Licensee") agree to the following terms with UniBeatz Production LLC (the "Licensor"):
1. Grant of License
Upon receipt of full payment, Licensor grants Licensee the non-transferable, limited rights specified in the purchased license tier to use the licensed beat for the creation of derivative musical works.
2. Producer Credit Required
Licensee must include "Prod. UniBeatz" in the song title, description, or metadata on all platforms and releases.
3. Restrictions
Licensee may NOT resell, sublicense, register for copyright, or use the beat in sample packs, beat marketplaces, or hate/violent content.
4. Royalties
Licensor retains 50% publishing (writer's share) for all non-exclusive licenses. Exclusive license splits are 50/50 unless a master buyout is negotiated separately.
5. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
💸 Refund Policy
Subscription Refunds
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Pro-rated refunds for partial months are generally not provided. Exceptions for technical failures, accidental double-billing, or first-time subscribers within 7 days who haven't used premium features.
Bundle Refunds
Bundle purchases are non-refundable once the content has been unlocked and applied to your profile.
Beat License Refunds
Digital beat files are non-refundable once delivered. Exceptions: wrong product delivered, corrupted file, or proven exclusive violation.
🔒 Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
- Account info: Email, username, display name
- Subscription info: Stripe customer ID, tier, billing dates
- Usage data: Battle history, recording metadata
- Analytics: Anonymized page views via Firebase Analytics
What We DON'T Collect
- Credit card numbers (Stripe handles all payment data)
- Your audio files (processed locally in your browser)
- Location data beyond what your IP reveals
Third Parties
We share data only with Stripe (payments), Firebase/Google Cloud (auth and database), and Vercel (hosting). We do not sell your data. We do not run ads.
Children's Privacy
UniBeatz Production is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
📝 Terms of Service
1. Account Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to upload infringing, illegal, hateful, or harmful content; hack or disrupt the service; resell account access; or use bots to scrape the platform.
3. User Content
You retain all rights to content you create. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host and display your content solely for providing the service.
4. Intellectual Property
The UniBeatz Production name, logo, software, and branding are property of UniBeatz Production LLC. You may not use these without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
🛡 DMCA Policy
We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. To file a DMCA notice, email unibeatzproduction@gmail.com with subject "DMCA Notice" including: your contact info, identification of the copyrighted work, location of the infringing material, good-faith statement, and your signature.
Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
⚠ Disclaimer
The UniBeatz Production service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We make no warranty that audio output meets any specific production or broadcast standard. Beat licensing operates under standard industry practice. Any information regarding music business or licensing is for informational purposes only and is not legal or financial advice.
